2 eggs, scrambled
1/4 cup rice milk
1/4 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup orange bell pepper, diced
1/8 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Eggs with Bell Peppers, Broccoli, and Parmesan Cheese

  1. Add rice milk and cheese to eggs and blend with fork.
