Scrambled eggs just the way I like them

Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs ala Stevie

2 eggs, scrambled
1/4 cup red bell peppers
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
2 slices toasted wheat bread

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Eggs ala Stevie

  1. Grill onions and peppers in a frying pan over medium heat until onions are golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.

  2. Scramble eggs in same pan. Just before fully cooked add onions and peppers, mix well.

  3. Sprinkle cheese over egg mixture.

  4. Serve once cheese has melted.

  5. Enjoy with toast on the side.
