Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs (3)

3 large Egg, Whole
6 dash Salt, Table
3 dash Pepper, Black
0.25 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
0.13 cup Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Eggs (3)

  1. Mix Eggs, salt, pepper and milk with fork until well blended.

  2. Pour into pre-heated, non-stick frying or stir fry pan.

  3. Mix occasionally in pan with spatula until thoroughly cooked.

  4. Turn off burner, sprinkle cheese over top, cover and let sit 3 minutes while cheese melts.

  5. Suggestion - add 1/2 cup chopped veggies to pan prior to adding egg mixture. Count veggie nutrition separately as it depends on what you add. Some ideas are green beans, broccoli, bell peppers, onion, green onion, mushrooms, cauliflower, tomatoes, the list goes on. YUM!
