0.75 cup AllWhites
1 large(50 g) Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Scrambled egg & whites

  1. Spray skillet with PAM and a couple of squirts of ICBINB spray.

  2. Beat egg and whites in bowl.

  3. Salt and pepper to tast.

  4. Heat skillet to med high.

  5. When hot, add eggs.

  6. After one minute, lower heat to low and scramble egss.

  7. Cook to desired doneness.
