1 oz Red Onions
0.5 oz Mexican Style Four Cheese
3 oz Lactose Free Reduced Fat Milk
3.5 oz Traditional Black Forest Ham

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Egg Whites

scramble egg whites and milk in a bowl and chop onions and broccoli into small pieces, and tear ham into small pieces as well. put all ingredients into skillet and scramble. add cheese to taste.
