Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled egg whites

1/2 tsp canola oil
2 egg whites
1 red onion
1 pinch of salt

Recipe Directions for Scrambled egg whites

  1. Crack 2 eggs

  2. Remove the egg yolks (save for some other recipe)

  3. Beat egg whites

  4. Chop the red onion

  5. Add pinch of salt

  6. Heat canola oil in the pan

  7. Stir fry the red onion until limp

  8. Add the egg whites, make sure to continuously stir the egg whites while cooking to have a soft, fluffy consistency

  9. Remove from pan once cooked and serve
