Recipe Ingredients for scrambled egg whites w/ greens

2 egg whites
1/2 cup of chopped broccoli
1/4 cup of spinach
1/8 cup of chopped onion
1/2 tbsp of olive oil

Recipe Directions for scrambled egg whites w/ greens

  1. pre-heat pan with the olive oil and a dash of salt.

  2. in a bowl mix the egg whites with the veggies until well blended together.

  3. pour in pan and cook at low heat so the veggies don't burn.

  4. enjoy!
