Scrambled Egg Whites with Capers - delicious breakfast

Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled Egg Whites w/ Capers

1 serving String Cheese Polly O Mozzarella
15 grams Capers, Canned
1 1tsp Olive Oil
185 grams Jewel - The Amazing Egg White
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
75 grams Grape Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Egg Whites w/ Capers

  1. Mix in bowl, 3/4 or 185 grams, of egg whites, olive oil and capers.

  2. Place in pan, set on MED-HIGH heat

  3. Let simmer for a bit, meanwhile cut tomatoes into halves, or quarters, then cut mozzarella stick into small thumbnail size chucks

  4. Mix remaining ingredients in a pan and fold over occasionally

  5. Lightly season with salt and pepper, or any seasoning to your liking.

  6. Should be done in 7-9 minutes

  7. You can also add some Salsa and I prefer to put the scrambled eggs into Low-Calorie Tortillas. Makes a great breakfast!
