Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled Egg Tostada

3 tbsp Egg Substitute
1 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) (26 g)
1/2 cup Refried Beans, Black Bean
1/4 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
1/4 Onions
1/2 (50 g) medium Tomatoes, Red, Ripe (serving,+raw)
1 serving Raw Cilantro
2 tsp Fresh Lime Juice
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Egg Tostada

  1. In a small skillet, toast both sides of 1 corn tortilla over medium heat until crisp; set aside. Coat skillet with nonstick cooking spray and scramble 1 egg beater. Spread tortilla with 1/2 cup warmed low-fat refried black beans and top with scrambled egg beater, 2 tablespoons salsa, and 1/4 avocado, sliced.
