Scrambled egg cooked in coconut oil with onion and tomato.

Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled Egg w/Onion & Tomato

1 large egg
1 egg white
1/2 Roma tomato
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tbsp. coconut oil
1/4 cup Gruyere Cheese

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Egg w/Onion & Tomato

  1. Saute onions in coconut oil. Beat whole egg and egg white in a bowl with pepper, salt, & dill weed.

  2. Chop up half a Roma tomato.

  3. Add egg mixture to onions & scramble until done.

  4. Top with Gruyere cheese & serve.
