Make sure the cheese in incorporate with the eggs when you beat them before adding the mixture to the pan. You can also add top the mixture: 1 Tbs. Parmesan cheese 1 Tbs. Graded 2% Cheddar cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled egg with cottage cheese

2 egg whites, beating
1 oz. 1% fat Cottage cheese
1 tsp. garlic, Powdered (optional)
1 Salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Scrambled egg with cottage cheese

  1. Heat large skillet to medium.

  2. Whip eggs in a medium bowl.

  3. Add cottage cheese and mix well.

  4. Add salt, pepper and garlic (if using).

  5. Pour mixture into warm skillet.

  6. Make sure it covers the entire skillet.

  7. Move eggs around to make sure top mixture gets cooked.

  8. Cover and cook for about 3 minutes. It will be very moist.

  9. Remove from skillet to serving plate.
