1 egg whole, raw
1 serving singles pepperjack
1 tbs skim milk

Recipe Directions for Scrambled egg breakfast with Pepperjack Cheese

  1. Remove yolk from 2 eggs and use 3rd egg with yolk

  2. Add a little milk and scramble

  3. Cook in skillet until almost cooked and add slice of cheese and mix up until melted.
