1 red onion 1 yellow bell pepper 2 green chillies 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil 1 whole egg

1 Yellow bell pepper, green chillies and red onion sauteed in tbsp olive oil with one whole egg (scrambled)

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Egg with bell pepper and onion

  1. Chop the onion, green chillies and bell pepper

  2. Pour olive oil in a non stick pan and add chillies

  3. Add onion when chillies start to change color

  4. Sautee onion and add bell pepper

  5. Cover with lid until bell pepper is soft but not mushy

  6. Add egg and scramble

  7. Serve and add salt to taste
