Easy breakfast casserole that can be changed up to suit your tastes. Original recipe called for ham.

Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled Cheddar Bake

12 large Egg, Whole
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.5 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1 can Mushrooms
8 serving Sliced Black Olives
1.5 cup Cheese Cheddar Shredded Medium

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Cheddar Bake

Preheat oven to 400. Beat eggs and milk together. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with non stick spray. Saute chopped onion in margarine. Layer cheese, mushrooms, and olives. Add onions. Beat eggs with milk and pour over the top. DO NOT STIR! Bake for 30 minutes.
