Just a quick breakfast from what I had in my fridge. I also had a link of Jones Dairy 10 light sausage (about 30 calories) in my eggs that I had to enter in separately.

Recipe Ingredients for Scrambled Breakfast

2 egg whites
1 oz 2% cheddar cheese
1 tbsp scallions
1 tsp fat free half and half

Recipe Directions for Scrambled Breakfast

  1. shred or slice cheese in to small pieces. Slice scallion. Chop sausage (if using).

  2. Beat all together. Pour in pan. Scramble.
