1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup asparagus
1 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup muenster or mild cheddar cheese, cubed
4 eggs

Recipe Directions for Scramble or Quiche

  1. Cook veggies in pan with olive oil

  2. let cool

  3. for scramble mix eggs in with veggies over heat

  4. for omelet make egg fill with veggies

  5. for quiche put veggies in bowl cover with egg back 400 for 25 minutes or until golden
