6 cloves garlic
1 pound rigatoni
1 pound Italian sausage
2 tablespoons of sugar
56 ounces tomatoes
1 tablespoon of basil
15 ounces ricotta cheese
12 ounces mozzarella
8 ounces parmesan

Recipe Directions for Scott's diet ending ricotta

  1. cook the pasta per package directions

  2. fry onions and sausage

  3. add all other ingredients

  4. put in casserole pan

  5. bake 30 min at 350.
