same as reg chili but with ground chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Scott's Chicken Chili

2 lb ground chicken breast
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
14 oz canned tomatoes
1 cup onion, chopped
2 cups roma tomatoe, chopped
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
16 oz kidney beans
3 tbsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for Scott's Chicken Chili

  1. cook chicken

  2. dice veggies

  3. dump it all in the crockpot for 4-6 hrs

  4. serve
