Recipe Ingredients for Scottish Protein Bars

5 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
6 scoop Super Advanced Whey Protein
1 tsp Salt, Table
150 grams Sugar Light Brown
113 grams Vegetable Oil
1 cup Rye Flour

Recipe Directions for Scottish Protein Bars

Combine All Ingredients in a bowl with 1 1/4 cup water and 1/2 tsp baking soda and mix until well blended. Bake at 350 until desired consistency (i.e. crunchy, soft, etc...)
