Recipe Ingredients for Scottish Oatcakes

5 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
4 tbsp Omega Plus Buttery Spread
0.5 cup Light Brown Sugar
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 serving Baking Soda
4 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Scottish Oatcakes

Mix all ingredients into a bowl. Smooth evenly in pan so oatcakes are about 1 inch thick. Bake for 30 minutes at 325 F.
