Recipe Ingredients for Scottish Oat Scones

2/3 cup butter
1 medium Egg
1/2 cup Soymilk Unsweetened
1 1/2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
1 1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
0.33 cup Oat Bran Hot Cereal
1/4 cup Sugars, Granulated
3 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup Raisins

Recipe Directions for Scottish Oat Scones

Melt butter, add egg, milk. Add to combined dry ingredients. Mix till blended, add raisins, mix. Form into 12 patties, bake on non stick cookie sheet at 425 for 35 minutes or until light golden brown.
