Recipe Ingredients for Scottish Eggs

8 hard boiled eggs, peeled
2 lb sausage
1 onion, diced
1 egg
3 T milk
1/2 c cornmeal

Recipe Directions for Scottish Eggs

  1. Mix the sausage and onion together, and coat each egg. Whip one raw egg and 3 T milk (or water, if you prefer) to create egg wash. Roll each covered egg in egg wash, and roll in cornmeal.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes.
