Recipe Ingredients for Scotsfirth Stuffed Omelet 1

1 lb. pork sausage
24 oz. spaghetti sauce
2 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
9 eggs
1 Cooking spray

Recipe Directions for Scotsfirth Stuffed Omelet 1

  1. In skillet grind and cook thoroughly pork sausage. Add garlic powder and soy sauce, then spaghetti sauce. Place in sauce pan and simmer on low.

  2. Wash skillet. Coat with cooking spray. Set temperature to medium.

  3. In bowl, beat eggs. Pour enough egg batter into pan for 1 omelet. Once cooked add 1/2 cup sauce mix and fold.

  4. If wanted, serve with rice and add a little more sauce.
