Recipe Ingredients for Scotsfirth Biscuits

2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp smart balance spread
1 1/4 cup 2% milk

Recipe Directions for Scotsfirth Biscuits

  1. Mix 2 cups of the flour, baking powder, & salt.

  2. Add smart balance, cut in until mixture is crumbly.

  3. Add milk mix, thoroughly until dough forms.

  4. Use extra flour to pat or roll out 10 biscuits. Place in baking pan.

  5. Bake in 450(F) oven for 15-20 minutes.

  6. Serve
