Recipe Ingredients for Scotchuroos

1 cup Light Corn Syrup
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Peanut Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
6 cups Corn Flakes

Recipe Directions for Scotchuroos

  1. Place sugar & Karo in a pot. Bring to a boil. Boil for less than 1 minute. Remove from heat.

  2. Add 1 cup of Peanut Butter & 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract, mix very well. Now add in Corn Flakes. Mix well then spoon out onto a pan.
