Scotcheroos - without the chocloate topping

Recipe Ingredients for Scotcheroos - no topping

1 cup corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
6 cups crispy rice cereal

Recipe Directions for Scotcheroos - no topping

  1. Boil corn syrup and sugar for one minute.

  2. Remove from heat, add peanut butter and mix until melted.

  3. Add cereal and mix.

  4. Place in non-stick dish and cool.
