Recipe Ingredients for Scotch Eggs

32 ounces Ground Pork
8 large Egg, Whole
1 tbsp Chives, Freeze-dried
1 tsp Sea Salt
2 tsp Pepper, Black
0.5 tsp Nutmeg
0.25 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.25 tsp Cloves, Ground
1 tsp, leaves Tarragon, Dried
1 tbsp Parsley, Dried
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Scotch Eggs

  1. Make eggs hard boiled; peel and set aside.

  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  3. Combine pork with spices, including garlic. Knead with hands and separate into 8 balls.

  4. Flatten a ball like a pancake, put an egg in the middle, than shape the sausage around the egg until it is completely covered. Place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet (with an edge).

  5. Repeat with the rest of the eggs.

  6. Cool for 25 minutes, then turn heat up to 400 for 5-10 mins.

  7. May be enjoyed cold.
