Recipe Ingredients for Scotch Eggs

2 serving USDA Large Egg
2 oz Pork Sausage, Fresh, Cooked
1 oz Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Seasoned

Recipe Directions for Scotch Eggs

  1. Hard boil eggs, let cool, peel.

  2. Divide sausage in half, flatten out and encase hard boiled egg.

  3. Roll scotch egg in bread crumbs.

  4. Pan fry or deep fry until crispy and sausage just cooked, maybe 3-5 minutes.
