Recipe Ingredients for Scotch Eggs

2 large Egg, Whole
1/2 lb ground beef (raw)

Recipe Directions for Scotch Eggs

Add any spices or marinade you prefer to the beef. Take half the ground beef (raw) and make a hamburger patty. Peel and wrap a hard boiled egg in the patty. Place in baking dish. Repeat process for second egg.
