Recipe Ingredients for Scones

8 oz plain flour
1 1/2 oz butter
1 1/2 oz sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 oz raisins
125 ml yoghurt
1 tbsp milk

Recipe Directions for Scones

  1. mix the flour and baking powder together.

  2. Rub the butter into the flour.

  3. Stir in the sugar.

  4. Add the yoghurt and milk to make a sticky dough.

  5. Roll out and cut into rounds.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 200C.
