scones made with sour cream, doughy and slightly crumbly

Recipe Ingredients for scones

2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
5 tbsp buttery spread
2/3 cup fat free sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup fresh chopped rhubarb

Recipe Directions for scones

Oven at 400. Mix dry ingredients, cut in butter. Make well and add the rest. Drop by 1/3 cups on to cookie sheet, or flatten into a large circle and cut into 8 pieces. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle over with raw sugar. Bake 20 min.
