Recipe Ingredients for Scones 1

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup buttermilk
2/3 cup fat free sour cream
1/8 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp margarine

Recipe Directions for Scones 1

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

  2. Combine all dry ingredients.

  3. In a separate bowl combine sour cream and other wet ingredients, add to dry ingredients.

  4. Divide and drop onto baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes or until edges are browned.
