I haven't actually tried this recipe yet, but it seems pretty good! Sorry

Recipe Ingredients for Scone

2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt, Table
2 tbsp 67% Buttery Spread
6 fl oz Vanilla
1/2 cup Strawberries
0.13 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
2 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened, Processed

Recipe Directions for Scone

  1. Sift together dry ingredients and add butter. Add milk and pureed strawberries a little at a time and mix with a knife until you have a soft, not sticky dough.

  2. Put on a lightly floured board and knead gently with fingertips 6-10 times to gently flatten into an oblong about 4? wide and 6? long and about 1-1? high. Cut into scones, and put on floured oven tray. Bake at 10-12mins at 220C (425F). Break in half and serve with butter. Best same day, especially when warm.
