Recipe Ingredients for Scone, Apricot and Sage

2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 tsp salt
5 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 cup fat free yogurt
4 oz dried apricots, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage

Recipe Directions for Scone, Apricot and Sage

  1. Add the dry ingredients;

  2. cut in butter until fine crumb

  3. add apricots and sage and mix

  4. add sour cream and yogurt

  5. form into a ball

  6. put on floured board and roll out approx 8" circle

  7. cut into 8 wedges

  8. place on baking sheet

  9. brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar

  10. bake 20-25 min at 375 oven
