1 cup Cream of Mushroom Soup
3 package yield, 12 oz(205 g) Potatoes, Hashed Brown
16 oz Sour Cream

Recipe Directions for Schwartzy Potatoes / Hashbrown Casserole

  1. 2 lb frozen Hash browns

  2. 1 cup diced onions

  3. 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  4. 2 cups sour cream

  5. 1/2 cup melted Margarine

  6. 2 cups grated Cheddar

  7. Salt & Pepper

  8. Put in greased Roaster

  9. Cook 1 1/2 hr at 350 deg.
