Recipe Ingredients for SCD Sue's Stuffed Mushrooms

1 lb white mushrooms
4 oz spinach, chopped
3 oz cheddar cheese or cheese of your choice, shredded
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for SCD Sue's Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Preheat oven ot 400 F

  2. Clean mushrooms

  3. Separate the stems and caps

  4. Set the caps aside

  5. Chop up the stems and place them in a bowl

  6. Combine remaining ingredients with the stems in bowl

  7. Place mushroom caps in casserole dish

  8. Heap mixture from bowl into each mushroom cap

  9. Bake for 15 minutes
