Scandinavian Light Rye from Hensperger's The Bread Lovers Bread Machine Cookbook with salt cut by 1/3

Recipe Ingredients for SCANDINAVIAN LIGHT RYE

185 g water
14 g canola oil
1 1/2 cup White bread flour
1/2 cup Rye Flour, Light
100 g Acorn Flour, Full Fat
24 g brown sugar
30 g gluten
1 tbs caraway seeds
1 tbs Flax Seeds
1 tsp salt
1 tbs yeast

Recipe Directions for SCANDINAVIAN LIGHT RYE

  1. Place all the ingredients in the pan according to the order in the manufacturer?s instructions. Set crust on medium and program for the Basic cycle; press Start.

  2. Note: For water use 1 1/8 Cups water. For analysis I removed the water that evaporated in baking to give an accurate baked analysis per gram or slice. Serving size is a slice, about 1/2 inch thick.
