galicy pasta, high cals due to fresh pasta (I used 100 grams fresh pasta per person, but due to their high calorie value I logged a greater amount of regular pasta to get the same amount of cals)

Recipe Ingredients for Scampi Pasta

420 grams Spaghetti
2 clove Garlic
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
250 grams Prawns
10 grams Tomato Puree

Recipe Directions for Scampi Pasta

  1. Mince garlic, chop scallions, season for 1 minute in olive oil

  2. Add prawns, fry until completely pink

  3. Add water to skillet with tomato concentrate, add herbs, peppers or spices ŕ volonté, bring to boiling temperature

  4. Put fresh pasta in skillet, make sure it's submerged, cook for 3 minutes, stir and toss

  5. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, additional fresh scallions
