Recipe Ingredients for Scambled Egg Pizza

397 g Boboli 12" original pizza crust
125 g chopped green sweet pepper
80 g sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 tsp red pepper
1 tbsp Wesson canola oil
6 eggs
1/2 c milk
227 g Crystal Farms pizza cheese
48 g oscar mayer bacon (8 slices)

Recipe Directions for Scambled Egg Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. In a large skillet cook sausage, mushrooms and crushed red pepper until meat is brown.

  3. Drain sausage mixture.

  4. In a medium bowl, beat together eggs and milk.

  5. In a skillet coated with Pam, pour in egg mixture.

  6. Cook over medium heat, without stirring until mixture begins to set on the bottom and around edge.

  7. Using a spatula, lift & fold partially cooked egg mixture so that the uncooked portion flows underneath.

  8. Continue cooking over medium heat until egg mixture is cooked through but is stilly glossy and moist.

  9. Spinkle half of the shredded cheese over the hot crust.

  10. Top with scrambled eggs, sausage mixture and remaining cheese.

  11. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese melts.
