Recipe Ingredients for Scallops in Wine Butter

680 g sea scallops
1/8 cup margarine, olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons dry white wine
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper

Recipe Directions for Scallops in Wine Butter

  1. Heat margarine in large non stick skillet to meduim heat.

  2. Add scallops, garlic, salt and pepper.

  3. Saute on all sides until just staring to turn opaque. About 30 seconds on each side.

  4. Add wine and saute turning constantly until opaque and still juice looking. Do not overcook. About 2 minutes.
