Recipe Ingredients for Scallops Provencal

16 oz Scallops
4 tbsp Butter
0.5 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 clove Garlic
4 tablespoon Italian Parsley
2.5 serving Dry White Cooking Wine
0.5 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Lemons

Recipe Directions for Scallops Provencal

  1. Large skillet, melt butter on high

  2. Add scallops in one layer and turn heat to medium

  3. Cook 4 minutes

  4. Add the rest of the butter, garlic, onion and parsley and saute 2 minutes more tossing the scallops in sauce

  5. Add wine and cook 1 more minute

  6. Add lemon juice and serve.
