1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
3 cloves Garlic
0.25 cup Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
2 tbsp Parsley, Dried

Recipe Directions for Scallops, marinated, skewered and grilled

soften onions and garlic in olive oil, add salt, lemon juice and parsley. Cool. Add scallops; marinate 1 hour. Skewer and grill.
