This is a copy of elune's Scallops with Garlic Recipe, except I added some asparagus to it.

Recipe Ingredients for Scallops with Garlic and Asparagus

1 1/2 pounds bay scallops
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 lemon wedges
3 c. fresh asparagus, cut in 2 inch lengths

Recipe Directions for Scallops with Garlic and Asparagus

  1. Wash scallops and pat dry.

  2. Put flour in a shallow bowl; roll scallops in flour.

  3. Heat olive oil over medium low heat; add scallops and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Halfway through cooking, stir in minced garlic.

  4. Stir in parsley and serve with lemon wedges. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve with pasta or rice.
