Recipe Ingredients for Scallops florentine

1/4 cup fat free half and half
4 oz scallops
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon italian breadcrumbs
1/2 cup spinach
2 teaspoons parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon old bay seasoning

Recipe Directions for Scallops florentine

  1. saute butter and flour.

  2. add half and half.

  3. stir in scallops and spinach.

  4. add parmesan cheese.

  5. pour into baking dish

  6. sprinkle with old bay seasoning and breadcrumbs

  7. bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
