Bay Scallops in homemade cream sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Scallops in cream sauce

16 oz raw scallops
1/4 cup crumbled feta
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1/8 cup flour
1/4 cup 1% milk
3/4 stick of butter

Recipe Directions for Scallops in cream sauce

  1. saute scallops in small to medium sized skillet with 1/4 stick of butter

  2. melt remaining 1/2 stick of butter in separate medium skillet

  3. whisk in remaining ingredients, stirring/whisking occasionally until all cheeses have melted

  4. serve over noodles or with wilted spinach stirred into cream sauce
