A supper favourite--- with less calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Scallopped Potatoes

5 medium potatoes
1 onion
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tsp. black pepper

Recipe Directions for Scallopped Potatoes

  1. wash and thinly slice potatoes

  2. finely chop onion

  3. melt 2 Tbls. butter and mix with milk and pepper.

  4. using non fat cooking spray, grease casserole pan.

  5. layer potatoes/sprinkle with onion-- repeat layers.

  6. Cover with milk mixture.

  7. Bake @ 400 until potatoes are fork tender.

  8. Yummy!
