6 large potatos, sliced
2 large onions, sliced
1/4 cup butter, with salt
3 tbsp flour, white
2 cups milk

Recipe Directions for Scalloped Potatos

  1. Slice potatos, slice onions.

  2. Layer one layer of potatos

  3. One layer of onions

  4. sprinkle flour, salt & pepper

  5. dot with butter

  6. Repeat until all potatoes and onions are used...

  7. pour milk until it is peaking through layers...

  8. Heat over to 400 degrees F cook for 15 min.

  9. Turn down oven to 350 degrees F and cook for 45 min.
