Probably makes 6 normal sized servings, but we like this recipe so much usually want bigger portions.

Recipe Ingredients for Scalloped potatos

4 cups potatos, unpeeled sliced thin
1 cup onion, sliced thin
2 tbsp green onion, chopped
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 1/2 cup 2% milk
1 salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Scalloped potatos

  1. Layer potatos and onion in casserole dish. Melt butter in sauce pan on stove, add flour to make roux add, milk and heat through. Add salt and pepper to taste to warm milk mixture. Pour milk over potatoes in casserole. Cover with shredded cheese.

  2. Put in 350 deg oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour until potatoes are soft and whole thing is bubbling.
