Recipe Ingredients for Scalloped Potatoes and Sausage

536 gram Italian Sausage
8 small russet potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 quart canned tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Scalloped Potatoes and Sausage

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Layer in an un-greased med glass dutch oven

  3. the sliced potatoes and onion.

  4. Cover with Canned tomatoes and then cover with sausage.

  5. Bake covered for 1 hour. Uncover and bake till sausages brown.
