Recipe Ingredients for Scalloped Potatoes

10 Potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Russet, Flesh And Skin
5 serving Onion
1/4 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
4 tbsp Parsley, Dried
2 tsp Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
10 serving Evaporated Milk Skim Fat Free

Recipe Directions for Scalloped Potatoes

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350.

  2. Spray 9x13 pan with pam.

  3. slice potatoesand onions thinly. Layer potatoes, onion, flour, salt and pepper in thirds. Pour fat free evaporated milk over ingredients, adding water if necessary to cover potatoes. (regular milk is ok too, but evaporated gives more flavor). bake from 1-11/2 hours or until potatoes are don.
